Kosovo Railways in Fushë Kosovo/Kosovo Polje administrates the land and the railways infrastructure in entire territory of Kosovo, in those places where the stations and where the railway track and the railway line are expanded.

The goal of Kosovo Railways is to rent out the not used Railways objects for railways own official needs as well as to rent out to the lessees for use according to their request;

Kosovo Railways rents his existing objects out and enables the construction of montage objects.

If the lessee adapts or repairs the railways object than the costs are to be covered by him also by written request addressed to railways as well as by having a agreement from the competent section in railways but without changing the object construction and by not endangering the object in aspect of constructing techniques where is required also the construction engineer’s opinion.
